Bisola Aiyeola has joined Bimbo Ademoye, and skit star Lasisi Elenu for an original series entitled, I Am Number 1.
The feature, which is a production by TMPL Motion Pictures, is coming after Aiyeola landed a massive gig as the first black female host in the 46-year history of the franchise show, Family Feud.
The award-winning actress, who plays multiple characters, is also joined by Koye Kekere-Ekun for the series.
Produced by Winifred Okpapi, the series also features Chef Fregz, Oli Ekun, Ajibola Grey, Wale Rubber, Bernard Smiless, Vader the Wildcard, Precious the Magician, and Fola David.
Speaking about the new series, Winifred Okpapi said, “We made an entertaining series that fans would definitely want to watch over and over. It speaks to our versatility and tenacity as Nigerians, especially how we are able to take up any given task to survive. We had a great time on set and we are very sure viewers will have an amazing time watching.”
‘I Am Number 1’ tells the story of Queen B who inherits a huge fortune but cannot figure out how to handle her new found status. She meets the best therapist in town who tells her that she can be anything she wants to be. This is where the real drama unfolds for the ill-prepared heiress.
I Am Number 1 is one of the latest projects from the production arm of leading creative agency, The Temple Company, producers of Introducing The Kujus and My Village People.’
