Digital Space Capital Limited (DSC), a financial services company, has unveiled its corporate governance structure to offer advisory roles and financial services for seamless banking services.
Tagged: ‘Quantum Leap 3’, the event held at Civic Centre in Lagos State.
The company listed its achievements, and future plans with the unveiling of its management board, led by Etsu Nupe and Chairman of Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers, Yahaya Abubakar (CFR).
Others are Odubela Oluwatosin, Gbemileke Ogunbanwo, Mayowa Adeyinka, Hakeem Ademola, Adegoke Salami, Abiola Sanni and Adegoke Adegbami.
Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Olubukola Abitoye, said the company would be fully digitalised to offer seamless service outside the four walls of a building.
She noted that in the last 28 months, the group raised its staff strength from zero to 120, thereby, birthing other subsidiaries.
According to her, the firm delivered N369 million profit before tax (PBT) in the last 18 months, while N769 million was recorded in nine months of 2022.
The event was also attended by Ooni of Ife Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi (Ojaja III), Alara of Ilara, Olufolarin Ogunsanwo, among others.
