APFAN, Berackiah signs MoU for Football Academies Championship

THE Association of Proprietors of Football Academies of Nigeria (APFAN) and Berackiah International have put pen to paper by signing a  Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) ahead of the Nigeria Football Academies Championship slated for the first quarter of 2023.

The historic signing was performed by the National President of APFAN Dr. Francis Akinremi and CEO of Berackiah, Wonders Nwigwe, and witnessed by the Life Patron of APFAN, Hon. Tajudeen Ajide and other members of the association.

Dr. Akinremi said the MoU signing between the foremost grassroots football developer and sports marketing outfit, will foster a harmonious relationship between them and make a success of the championships.

“We are happy to seal this MoU and happy that we are on the same page now to pull our expertise and resources together to ensure a successful Football Academies Championships come 2023. We believe that Berackiah International has what it takes to bring value to this championship.

Nwigwe said: “The Football Academies Championship is not just about playing football alone because we are looking at having to see some of the best-selected players get scholarships abroad with the help of our sponsors.”
