An Ondo High Court sitting in Okitipupa has affirmed HRH Oba Micah Olaseni Ajijo as the Spiritual and Ogeloyinbo (Community Leader) of Aiyetoro Community, Okitipupa local government area.

The court restrained one Prophet Oluwambe Ojagbohunmi from parading himself as the Spiritual head of the Holy Apostles church and Ogeloyinbo of Aiyetoro community.\

It, however, reminded both parties that the State Government had re-emphasised that there was no recognised Oba under the Chief Law 1984 in Aiyetoro but a Community Leader.

Justice Temitope Adedipe, in his ruling in the suit brought by Ajijo, ruled that it was contrary to the practice and norms of the Holy Apostles Church and Aiyetoro Community for Prophet Oluwambe to parade himself as the Spiritual head of the church when Ajijo is still alive.

He dismissed the counter claim of Prophet Oluwambe to be recognised as the Spirital Head of the church.
