The remains of Miss Oluwabamise Ayanwola who was allegedly raped and killed inside a BRT bus by the driver, Andrew Nice Ominikoron, was yesterday laid to rest.
She was buried after a brief service held amid tears at the Atan, Yaba Cemetery, Lagos.
Family and friends of the deceased wept uncontrollable as they held a procession to where she was finally laid to rest.

The officiating priest, Pastor Samuel Apeh, encouraged her family and friends to rely on God for comfort and enjoined others to pray for calmness and comfort.
He further stated that the gathering was the will of God, urging the bereaved to look on to God.
Before her body was lowered into the grave, a pastor read the book of Ecclesiastes chapter 12, verse 7 and prayed that God would grant her eternal rest.
The late 22-year old fashion designer was allegedly raped and murdered on February 26, 2022 and her corpse dumped on Carter Bridge by the suspect.
