The Chief Executive Officer of Shoreline Power Group, Kola Karim has likened young Nigerians to game changers who should come together and change the country’s business narrative.
It was at the Premier Business Network (PBN)’s Second Gala and Award Night in Lagos.
The event hosted members in Nigeria and other parts of the world.
Karim praised the spirit of entrepreneuship at the annual event designed for discussion on Corporate Governance and Private Wealth Management, themed: ‘Reducing The Distance’.
“This association is an example of what Nigeria should be because we have a lot of innovative young people that will make a difference in any society. I feel honoured to be invited to take the keynote to discuss what it takes to be a game changer which is what this association and formation is solely all about. We will be discussing the dynamics of being an entrepreneur and making Nigeria’s potential show,” he said.
In his keynote message charging the attendees, Karim, said development can be linked to three silos which are: Financial Services Cycle with an Insurance Support System, Infrastructure, and the Consumer Cycle, urging young Nigerians to key into opportunities at every little opening.
In the remarks of the Convener of Premia Business Network, Mr. Bola Lawal applauded members of the network for contributing immensely to the growth and spread of the group, opening doors to young entrepreneurs in various fields with uniform mission and vision.
Lawal, boasted that although the community is just about two years old, but it has since inception been able to impact positively on members of the community and has grown into a global community giving room for entrepreneurs in Nigeria and Nigerian entrepreneurs in the diaspora.
