President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday met with the Bauchi State governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar (retd.), at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Abubakar, a former Chief of Air Staff (COAS) and former Nigerian Ambassador to the Republic of Chad, was in the company of APC National Chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu.
Details of the closed-door meeting were unavailable last night.
Even the visitor kept mute when State House correspondents prodded him to speak on his visit to the President as he left the Villa.
