A Chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Borno State, Dr Abiso Kabir, has congratulated Governor Babagana Zulum on his re-election.
Kabir, national chair of Forum of Tinubu Shettima Support Groups and APC Presidential Campaign Council Deputy Director Special Duties III, sent a message to Zulum in Maiduguri.
He said Zulum’s re-election came as a result of hard work and competence, noting Zulum’s focus in moving the state from accelerated development to sustainable growth since 2019.
Kabir said Zulum’s government via his policies and projects has lifted many to prosperity.
He said: “You have been consistent with what you do in security and development.
“You have done well in maintaining the peace and development you inherited from your predecessor. Your commitment to peace and unity is worthy of emulation…”
