Stand-up comedian, ‘Bovi’ Ugboma has weighed in on the resurfaced photo of his feuding colleagues, Basketmouth and AY.
Social media ‘detectives’ decided to get to work and successful ‘exhumed’ an old photo of Basketmouth and AY in an attempt to fault the former’s claim.
This came hours after Basketmouth claimed such didn’t exist to buttress his point that he and AY were never friends, a narrative the latter pushed during his interview with Chude Jideonwo during which he stated their long-standing beef began over N30,000.

In Basketmouth’s interview with Media, he said the money wasn’t what sparked up their beef before something else which had to do AY’s utterances, emphasising they’ve been friends.
The resurfaced photo of the duo quickly went viral eliciting mixed reactions from the online community.
Speaking on it, Bovi confirmed the same was shot in 2004, telling AY not to be upset with his chosen title for the photo.
He wrote: “This is Basketmouth and a fan! 2004!! Ay no vex o! Before you go call Chude for me!”
