Afropop singer Yemi Alade has distinguished between people who love genuinely and those simply taking advantage of others.
In anticipation of her new song, Alade has been dishing quotes on fake friends, love, and life generally.

Sharing one of such quotes, the “Johnny” crooner explained only a user would desert you but never those that truly love you.
Acclaimed ‘Mama Africa’ for her versatility in employing different African languages and attires in her songs as well as music videos, the songstress wrote: “People that LOVE YOU don’t leave/abandon you, only people that are using you do that.”
