Barely one week after Governor Ademola Adeleke appointed Razak Salinsile, an ally of former Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, as the Chairman of Osun State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), he has rejected the appointment.
Adeleke had on Thursday last week announced the name of Salinsile, a former state secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), as the chairman of the commission.

Salinsile was the factional chairman of APC backed by Aregbesola during internal wrangling against the faction of former Governor Adegboyega Oyetola before they lost their case in court.
Salinsile had rejected the appointment before Adeleke sworn in board chairmen alongside special advisers on Wednesday at the Governor’s Office, Abere.
He was replaced with Tope Adeyemi, a close associate of Salinsile.
Contacted, Salinsile confirmed rejecting the appointment of Adeleke on personal ground.
He said: “I declined it for personal reasons.”
