List of markets shut by new Lagos commissioner

Alaba International Market

Lagos State Government has shut down a few markets owing to waste management and other environmental infractions.

The markets were closed in a joint operation by enforcement officers from Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) and Lagos Environmental Sanitation Corps (KAI) on the directives of Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab.
