American rapper Meek Mill has said despite the claims that rap is gradually dying and phasing out, he is still smiling to the bank.
Meek Mill boasted that he makes a million dollars per song.
“I’m getting a million a song… so that’s $62,500 every bar I speak… They say this rap sh*t dying must be on Billboard because it’s not to Meek!,” he wrote on his Instagram page.

Nigerian artist, Wizkid recently sparked a debate after claiming in an interview that “hip-hop is dead.”
His claim elicited reactions from local and international hip-hop stars with South African rapper, Nasty C, M.I, Zoro Swagbag, Oladips and a host of others publicly berating him for his controversial statement.
