Deola further reiterated the mission of the event as the convener saying, “Our mission extends beyond mere entertainment; it’s about empowering the youth, fostering talent, and shaping a future where creativity thrives.”
In December 2023, Deola and her team convened some of the best on the Nigerian and African creative and entertainment scene for the EWL. The week-long witnessed thought-provoking panel sessions, tackling issues such as technology’s impact on fashion and the reimagining of the African content landscape on a global stage.
Birthed in 2022, EWL has become a pivotal hub for creatives, providing skills, knowledge, resources, and practical experiences.
