Ex-Militants, under the Third Phase Amnesty Program, has lauded the appointment of Dr. Dennis Otuaro as Special Adviser to President Tinubu on Niger Delta Affairs and Coordinator, Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
The group vowed to secure oil facilities across the Niger Delta region in appreciation of the appointment.
Its National Secretary, Onoriode Diyo, who spoke to reporters, weekend in Warri, Warri South LGA, expressed satisfaction over the appointment of Dr. Otuaro, whom he described as a pillar of the ex-militants and the Niger Delta region.

Diyo praised President Bola Ahmed for sustaining the Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP) under his administration, while expressing optimism that the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda and vision will move the Amnesty Program forward.
He said, “For this appointment, we are particularly happy and promise to do our best to meet the demands by our leaders to ensure that oil facilities are protected.”
