Emmanuel Osemota Foundation (EOF) has empowered 20 women in Okhuoromi, Edo State.

EOF empowers local communities through education, healthcare, and economic initiatives, creating opportunities for the people to become healthier, financially independent, and have a better future.

Founder, Emmanuel Osemota, said the initiative aligns with the foundation’s mission to foster economic independence among women.

Osemota, United States-based epidemiologist, noted the importance of these initiatives, saying ‘Empowering women is crucial for society.’

“Our goal is to empower women to become self-sufficient and economically independent. It goes beyond financial assistance.  By providing seed money and entrepreneurial training, we are supporting and contributing to development of their communities.”

“Our women empowerment programmes aim to uplift and support women in underserved communities, providing them with the resources and skills needed to achieve self-sufficiency and economic independence,” says Osemota.

One of the beneficiaries, Efe Edosa, expressed her gratitude: “I want to say a big thank you to the Emmanuel Osemota Foundation for the support they gave us.

‘‘God will keep blessing the founder wherever he is.”
