Lagos State Government, through the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, has announced commencement of verification and completeness of records of property managed by Lagos State Urban Renewal Agency (LASURA).
This was contained in a statement by the General Manager, LASURA, Oladimeji Animashaun (Fnitp, Fnivs) and circulated to reporters in Lagos by the Head, Public Affairs unit of the agency, Adedeji Akolade, at the weekend.

The statement called for the submission of development lease agreement between LASURA and Lessees/ Developers/ Agents for verification and the public, particularly allottees of LASURA property to submit their document with LASURA for verification and completeness of records.
It said documents should be addressed and delivered to the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Urban Development, Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, Block 15, Alausa Secretariat, Ikeja and copies be submitted at the Office of the General Manager, Lagos State Urban Renewal Agency, PWD, Old Secretariat, off Oba Akinjobi Way, Ikeja, (Estate Services Department, First Floor, Room2), from now till September 11, as failure to comply with the content of the notice might warrant revocation of the lease agreement by the agency.
“The submission should be between Monday and Friday during working hours from the time of this publication till September 11,” the statement added.
