- Arrest suspect in Oshodi
Officers of the Ilupeju Division of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested a 39-year-old man, Monday Julius, in connection with the theft of a Toyota Yaris Saloon Car.
The suspect was apprehended at Oshodi after being found disassembling the stolen vehicle.
According to police reports, the vehicle was reported missing from where it had been parked, leading to a swift investigation by the Ilupeju Division.

Acting on intelligence, the police traced the car to Oshodi, where Monday Julius was caught attempting to strip the vehicle for parts as he couldn’t sell it whole.
The suspect reportedly confessed that he had resorted to disassembling the car after failing to find a buyer who can buy it whole.
The vehicle has since been recovered by the police, and further investigations are ongoing.
