Young farmers body debuts at summit

Over 6,000 young Nigerians, will, for three days dialogue on the energy, vision, and determination of the next Nigerian leaders at Young Leaders Summit.

The summit, at Presidential Villa, was opened by APC National Chair, Umar Ganduje.

Organised by APC National Youth Leader, Dr. Dayo Israel, it will foster youth inclusion in governance, agriculture, technology, and economic growth.

Highpoint  was inauguration of the Progressive Young Farmers Network/Cooperative Society, a youth-led initiative to revolutionise agriculture in Nigeria.

The launch, spearheaded by Abdullahi Aliyu, minister of state for Agriculture, was attended by Hannatu Musawa, minister of Art and Culture; Shuaibu Audu, minister for Steel Development; Uba Maigari, minister of state for Steel Development, and others.

The initiative offers young farmers access to training, skill development, and resources to enhance food security.
