Cherubim and Seraphim Church of Christ, Oke-Oku Street, Iponri, Lagos State, will, today, begin a weeklong programme for the funeral of Primate Ethiopia Omoshein.
The programme begins with night of tributes at Kofoworola Crescent, off Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja, followed by commendation service Tuesday.
Tribute/Service of Songs on Wednesday and wake on Thursday, with funeral service on Friday,
The late banker died on June 11, at 87.
Speaking at a news conference, Apostle Olusegun Odufuwa described him as a leader of humility, wisdom and devotion to God.

“Primate Omoshein was one of our founding fathers. His dedication to spreading love, peace and unity was instrumental in shaping C&S.
“He was a shepherd to his congregation and a spiritual beacon to many. He played a role in repositioning C&S Unification Church of Nigeria,” said Apostle Odufuwa.
Primate Omoshein was a member of Ecclesiastical Council of the Unification Church, pioneer chair of National Building Committee of the Unification Church, among others.
“The dreams to have a proper worship building for the church was achieved with his efforts and the edifice today is ‘Chapel of Restoration’ through intervention of Reverend Mother Abimbola Esther Ajayi in 2018.”
