Firm repays N20b commercial paper series

Neveah Limited, a leading commodity trading company specialising in export of solid minerals and agricultural products, has redeemed its N1.9 billion Series 15 commercial paper notes issued in November 2023.

Since commencement of operations in 2014, Neveah has experienced growth, with revenue increasing by over 858 per cent.

It evolved from small commodity trading to a leading dealer and exporter of quality solid minerals and agro-commodities, raising N25.51 billion through its Series 1-15 Commercial Paper Issuances to address capital needs.

Chief Executive, Ibidapo Lawal, said: “Neveah started with a vision to responsibly trade indigenous products on a global scale.

“This has not always been easy, considering the trying times, but we have always count on support of our investors.

“Meeting obligations by repaying is our way of showing good faith and sending message that banking on us is a good choice.”

Managing Director of Investment Banking at United Capital, Gbadebo Adenrele, said his firm was “excited to support  Neveah Limited as Lead Arranger on all its commercial paper issuances”.

“Neveah has shown dedication to utilising funds from the capital markets for its working capital needs and repaying investors.

Neveah is a commodities and trading company registered by Nigerian Export Promotion Council.
