Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, his Ogun State counterpart, Dapo Abiodun, and others gathered at University of Ibadan to celebrate First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu at 64 and actor Lere Paimo, 85, during the 12th Yoruba Youth Leadership Summit.
At the summit, speakers condemned the call for military takeover and seccession, pledging to uphold Nigeria’s unity.
They noted that parliamentary or regional system of government is better because it is less expensive, allows healthy rivalry among regions for economic and political relevance.

At the end of the annual deliberation and cultural entertainment by Itsekiri Troupe, from Delta State, Odu’a Award Plaques were bestowed on individuals, who have distinguished themselves in their areas of specialisation .
Youngest virtual artist in Nigeria, 10-year-old Morenikeji Joshua, presented a framed drawing portrait to Paimo,, alias Eda Onile-Ola at 85.
