How civil servants can aid delivery of Renewed Hope agenda — HoS, Walson-Jack

The Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Didi Walson-Jack has rallied the Heads of Service in states and civil servants to align operations with the objectives of the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan (FCSSIP) to ensure effective governance.

Walson-Jack during the 46th National Council on Establishments (NCE) held in Ede, Osun State noted that the Civil Service remains a critical and indispensable mechanism for the effective implementation of government policies.

She said “The success of His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda, depends on our ability to plan, implement, and monitor government initiatives effectively and efficiently.

The HoS disclosed that “I have recently initiated a collaboration with Heads of Service of the States. I had the opportunity to highlight the vital role of Heads of Service in bridging the gap between policy formulation and execution. It is important to align our operations with the objectives of the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan (FCSSIP) 2021-2025 to ensure effective governance.”

“I call on each of you to fully adopt the core values of Accountability, Meritocracy, Professionalism, Loyalty, and Efficiency (AMPLE) as guiding principles in your work.”

Governor Ademola Adeleke who was represented by his deputy, Kola Adewusi commended the Osun State Civil Service for cooperating with his government to deliver dividends of democracy to the people of the state.
