Former Ghana’s Black Stars player, Eric Ofori Antwi, has exuded confidence that the Black Galaxies will defeat and pip the Home-based Eagles to the African Nations Championship ticket again.
The Black Galaxies eliminated Nigeria in the qualifiers for the last edition of CHAN on penalties after both legs had ended 2-2 and Antwi believes Ghana has what it takes to beat Nigeria again.
The team was involved in a friendly game on Wednesday and secured a comfortable 5-2 victory.

Antwi added that the Black Galaxies are formidable enough to qualify for the competition at the expense of Nigeria.
“It’s been a while since the Black Galaxies qualified for the CHAN tournament,” Antwi said. “I know this current squad will be different in the CHAN, and I believe they will qualify for the tournament.”
