The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) on Tuesday, November 26, announced that the Port Harcourt Refinery has commenced operations.

VIDEO: Port Harcourt refinery begins crude oil processing

The Port Harcourt Refinery in Rivers State has officially commenced crude oil processing.

Reports has it that truck loading will also commence on Tuesday (today).
