The Managing Director of Hadejia Jama’are River Basin Development Authority (HJRBDA), Engr. Rabiu Suleiman Bichi, has expressed deep appreciation to President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) leadership for reaffirming their confidence in the party’s National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
Bichi, in a statement on Sunday, lauded the decision, which allows the former Kano State governor to continue leading the APC until 2026.
He also commended the National Executive Committee (NEC) for its crucial role in extending Ganduje’s tenure.
“I extend my heartfelt gratitude to President Tinubu and the NEC for their unwavering confidence in Dr. Ganduje.

“This decision not only recognizes his exemplary leadership but also emphasizes the party’s dedication to maintaining stability and progress as it navigates the challenges ahead.
“Their collective support reflects a commitment to steering the party towards greater achievements and enhancing its influence in Nigeria’s political landscape,” he said in his statement to The Nation on Sunday.
The MD noted that Dr Ganduje on his part, has proven to be a capable leader, successfully guiding the APC to victory in critical off-season gubernatorial elections in Imo, Kogi, Edo, and Ondo states.
“His strategic vision and commitment to the party’s ideals have set a strong foundation for future successes, and we appreciate his tireless efforts in enhancing the party’s reputation and electoral strength.
“As the APC looks forward to the upcoming years, I am optimistic that under Dr Ganduje’s continued leadership, the party will not only uphold its core values but also achieve new milestones that resonate with the aspirations of Nigerians,” Bichi said.
