Shammah: Rangers don’t scare Wikki

Shammah Tanze  insists Wikki Tourists will go into Sunday’s Nigeria Professional Football League week seven match against Enugu Rangers without panicking.

Abdul Maikaba’s wards will go into the tie at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium seeking to get back to winning ways after the 3-2 loss to Sunshine Stars in a week six clash at the Akure Township Stadium. Wikki Tourists are currently one point adrift of leaders Giwa FC, who top the ladder with 11 points. Though Enugu Rangers do not appear to be the most impressive side but they are rated ahead of the Bauchi side. But Shammah insists the Flying Antelopes will not get special treatment.

“Rangers are not grand warriors. We are preparing for this match with seriousness and we respect our opponent. It will be tough for us as for them but with God’s hand, we will do everything to win,” Shammah told SL10.
