MEMBER representing Delta South senatorial district of Delta State, at the Upper Chamber, Senator James Manager and brother-in-law, Mr. Joseph Bribai, have been alleged of being in a cold war over the rightful ownership of a company Julie-Ma oil and Gas limited with registration number RC 486921.

Mr. Bribai yesterday raised fresh concerns over allegation of threat to his life over the ownership of the company. Bribai stated that, “in separate occasions my elder sister (Mrs Manager) and her children had physically attacked me and threatened fire that l should relinquished his legal possession of the company and the registration number.

Bribai who is the brother-in-law, added that, “In the early 2000, I was in business with the Managers, were I was instructed to incorporate Julie-Ma International Company Limited through which they carried out their joint business.

“In 2004, my elder sister, Mrs Manager and Senator James Manager offered to sell their interest in the company to me and to remove the name of Sen. Manager in the records of the company due to his political ambition.

‘’However, due to the economic prospects of the Julie-Man International Company limited, Mrs. Manager recently petitioned me to AIG’s office, Nigeria Police Force, Zone 5 Benin city, where it was resolved that since they wanted their business name back, I should re-register Julie-Ma International Company Limited and hand over the incorporated documents to them, while l retain the RC NO.486921 with a new incorporated document.

“But because they were not satisfied with the settlement at Zone 5 Benin, they now resorted to trailing me all over the place. The Pastor of House of Glory Deliverance Ministry Warri, Mr. Onyebuchi Eke who was travelling along Warri-Sapele road with his SUV vehicle belonging to me was shot several times and he managed to escape.

Bribai who lamented the attitude of the Manager’s household, urged members of the public to disregard the purported disclaimer made by the management of Julie-Ma International Company Limited which he said was a ploy to discredit him before his business associates, maintaining that he remained the rightful owner of the incorporated  RC.NO.486921 which now bears Julie-Ma Oil and Gas Limited.
