Nigerian striker Henry Osita Chikere was on rampage for his Norwegian club Viking on Thursday, as he scored five goals when they thrashed Varegg 9-0 in a cup game.
Chikere scored his first goal of the game in the 31st minute to give his side a 2-0 lead with a great header.
He then hit his second in the 36th minute to give them a 3-0 lead from seven yards.
He completed his hat-trick in the 42nd minute as Viking led 4-0.
Chikere was on hand to net his fourth goal of the game in the 52nd minute to give them 5-0 lead.
His fifth goal of the night was in the 73rd minute as his club romped into a 7-0 lead.
Chikere is now the top scorer in the cup competition and he was delighted for the five goals.
“I enjoyed the fight and I have never scored five goals in a game before. I tried all the time to be in the right position,” he told AfricanFootball.com
