AK MEDIA Concepts has received an award on FACE2FACE, a comedy drama series, as the Best TV Drama of the year.
The award was won under the PLATINUM AWARD category organised by the Nigeria Brand Awards. The fifth edition of the yearly event was held last Thursday at the Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos .
AK MEDIA’s FACE2FACE emerged winner among other television programmes nominated at the highly-celebrated event.
In another development, after celebrating success-filled 10 years in the entertainment industry, AK MEDIA has promoted tested and hard working management members of staff, who have contributed to its success.
The company has embarked on reshuffle, to put in place best hands to pilot its affairs. Among those who have been promoted are Ojo Samuel Adeyemi, a former Senior Manager (Operations). He is now the AGM (Operations). Adeyemi is a graduate of Banking & Finance. He holds a master’s degree and has professional qualifications. Also promoted is Aderounmu Kazeem Olajide, who was a Content/Media Manager. Aderounmu, a graduate (B.A. Hons), who is a seasoned journalist, now holds the position of the Head of Sales and Marketing. Adebimpe Talabi, who left AK MEDIA some years ago, has returned as the AGM (Content & Business Development). She is a Mass Communication graduate and has a master’s degree in Marketing Management.
