Foursquare church installs new zonal superintendent

The Foursquare Gospel Church (FGC) has installed Rev. Mrs. Moninuola Oluwaleye as a zonal superintendent, following the inauguration of Ishaga Assembly of the church.

Rev. Moninuola, who joined the zone about 10 years ago, had previously served in various capacities, such as a chorister, Sunday school teacher, crusader counselor, Festac district administrative secretary and co-missionary with her spouse in Central African Republic.

While expressing gratitude to the pastorate and members of the church, Rev. Moninuola, pledged to ensure a rekindled devotion to prayer cum evangelism for the elevation of the body the Christ.

“I want to appreciate the pioneer founding pastor of this local church. All that he told me about this church when the mantle of leadership fell upon me has gone a long way in sustaining me. I’m grateful. My earnest prayer is that all of us will make heaven.

The district overseer, Festac zone, Rev. Luke Egbonuba, who performed the inauguration and installation rites, commended the Ilasamaja zone for deeming it fit to birth a new zone, saying it was the least expected thing to have happened to the assembly.

“Always bear in mind that the zone was created purely in the spirit of the decade of multiplication. Therefore, vigorously pursue multiplication and expansion. The lord will make all things possible for you.”

Other zone officers appointed alongside Rev. Moninuola include the zone secretary, Rev. Abiodun Adeyewa, the treasurer, Pastor Temilola Olufohunsi, Bro, zone CFM president, Adejimi Bamgbopa, prayer coordinator and Shola Adekoya among others.
