A former House of Representatives member, who represented Akure South/Akure North, Prince Abiodun Adesida, yesterday said the All Progressives Congress (APC) will correct all the anti-people’s policies introduced by Governor Olusegun Mimiko.
The APC chieftain spoke when he declared his ambition to contest the November 26 governorship election.
The former lawmaker lamented that in the last seven years of Mimiko’s administration, the state has been backward and retrogressing.
Adesida said the only solution is for the masses to vote against any candidate presented by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Mimiko.
“The best thing that can happen to Ondo State is for the people to embrace APC, which is a progressive party because there is no way out of the political slavery that Mimiko has taken Ondo State.”
