WIKE APPOINTS SPECIAL ASSISTANT ON TRAFFIC LIGHTS

THE Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, has ppointed Daye Graham-Douglas as his Special Assistant on Street/Traffic Lights.
The governor in an online statement by his Special Assistant on Electronic Media, Simeon Nwakaudu, yesterday stated that the appointment took immediate effect.
