Kano Pillars coach, Mohammed Baba Ganaru has refused to blame his boys for their Nigeria Professional Football League 1-0 defeat to relegation-threatened Heartland on Sunday.
Emeka Ogbuh’s second half strike silenced Sai Masu Gida and the tactician feels his side could have emerged victorious if they had converted begging chances.
“It was a good game. We both played very well and created chances but Heartland used theirs while we missed all of ours,” Ganaru said after the game.
Pillars last game in this NPFL season will against Niger Tornadoes, while Heartland final relegation fight will be against Plateau United.
