Okezie Ikpeazu, has withdrawn his appeal to the Supreme Court praying it to take over the hearing of the appeal from the Court of Appeal, Owerri, stressing that he withdrew to allow the Court of Appeal to hear and conclude the matter
Nwosu had filed a motion at the Supreme Court praying it to take over the appeal from the Court of Appeal, Owerri, or order it to determine it expeditiously. Following the withdrawal of the motion, the Supreme Court struck it out on 8thNovember, 2016.
