BUDDING music group, Nugroove and Friends, has released its third studio album titled Rhythm of Praise, comprising 22 songs.
The group CEO, Ebenezer Benny, speaking with The Nation, noted that the album was recorded alongside Dr. Panam Percy Paul, a renowned gospel musician and multi instrumentalist, whose musical career spans 40 years
Revealing what inspired the making of the album, Benny said; “God is the basis and foundation of our group. And that implies that he is our inspiration. We are being inspired by God to put out this album to impact people’s lives at large.
“The desire to propagate God’s kingdom and to create an atmosphere for praise and worship in various homes, churches, and even to the social media users, no one is to be left behind.”
Benny also maintained that people should expect worship experience, good music, and message of hope.
Making reference to the joint live recorded concert with Dr. Panama Percy Paul, Benny claims the group has been able to make exploits with the concept.
According to Benny, “the driving force behind the concept is a fusion of the older generation with the sense to positively affect a wider audience with the message of the kingdom.”
Benny also revealed what Nugroove and Friends is made up of, stating that “It is a group of anointed and multi talented musicians who have dedicated their lives to God and positively affecting their generation. We are known for the dynamic and creative approach to music, demonstrating the joy of worshipping God.”
