There has been an increased interest in the Nigeria Premier League(NPFL) following Ezekiel
Bassey’s move to Barcelona B Team.
As at this morning, about 10 La Liga teams have indicated d intentions to fish in the NPFL
waters.
Meanwhile, LMC big wigs have been inundated with calls from these La Liga teams seeking
to know the secret behind the Bassey deal.
The belief is if Barcelona could sdd z good enough talent in the NPFL then the league
must have them in abundance.
In the same vein, ‘the Barca deals men were thrilled by the smoothness of the execution.
No hiccups …No third party issues. Subsequently they have expressed willingness to do more
business in the NPFL.
To cater for this growing interest, LMC is planning to draw up a schedule where the La liga teams’
scouts will harvest the numerous talents in the League. The NPFL venues will tur
n veritable hunting grounds for these scouts in the coming weeks.
