SwissGold Nigeria, a corporate organisation, has hailed the peace achiever award conferred on John Mukoro.
The award which was given to him by Peace Ambassador Agency, was for his outstanding performance on community service and promotion of peace.
Speaking on behalf of his friends, Ambassador Hillary Emoh, said the award was well deserved and was at the right time, because it would spur other Nigerians to do more for the country.
Amb Hillary stated that the recognition proves his credibility and selfless drive to add value to the lives of people.
Mukoro was conferred with the award by the South Africa Ambassador to Nigeria on behalf of the Peace Ambassador Agency.
Other Nigerians who were awarded include Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr Ibe Kachikwu, Chief Kingsley Ozigbu, High Chief Raymond Dokpesi, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai, Amb. Hon Sobomabo Jackrich, Dan Nwuanyawu, Sir Mike Okiro.
