Two suspected ritualists have been arrested in Delta State for allegedly strangulating a 74- year -old woman.
The Delta State Police Command said the suspects buried the deceased in a shallow grave behind her shop at former toll gate in Asaba, the state capital.
The command’s spokesman, Andrew Aniamaka, said the suspects were apprehended by security operatives who acted on a tip-off.

He said the two suspects reside in Omeregboma and Odozi Obodo market axis in Oshimili South local government area of the state.
He said: “The two suspects conspired between themselves and strangled the victim to death and later buried her in a shallow grave close to her store near the former toll gate.”
Aniamaka said the case is under investigation, adding that the suspects would be charged to court after the investigation.
