Ndiana- ABASI “Nana” Udom is a God-fearing (recently ordained Deacon of the Qua Iboe Church), philanthropist and a reputable leader. The young banker who possesses a combination of experience from public sector financing, commercial banking, investment banking, public budget analysis and corporate finance is eyeing the Ukanafun/Oruk Anam Federal constituency.
An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analyst of Nigeria and is currently serving as a member of the global business round-table, a forum that analyses the economy of Africa and engages in finding trade and investment opportunities from Africa to other parts of the world.
Udom and his family have been able through their private capacities to build
a world class and the first approved/licensed private polytechnic in the whole of former Abak Division (Abak, Etim Ekpo, Ika, Ukànàfun and Oruk-Anam LGAs).
He also helped in the employment of over fifty indigenes of Akwa Ibom State into Oil Servicing Companies of Mobil Producing Nigerià/ExxonMobil. As well as scholarship to over eighty (80) full polytechnic and university Akwa Ibom State indigenes, most of them are Ukànàfun and Eket indigenes.
