An Ikeja Magistrates’ Court in Lagos has arraigned Mr. Olarinde Olabanji, a resident of Alafia Street, Orisumbare, Ikeja, Lagos for alleged murder of a three-year-old child, Ayorinde Feyisara.
The incident allegedly occurred on September 15.
Prosecutor Benson Emiechi said the defendant, who drove a Toyota Hilux pick-up van with number plate 01B.140FG, drove on the public highway in a dangerous manner.
Magistrate O. Sule-Amzat adjourned the case till September 30 for hearing.
