The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Prince Adedapo Abiodun voted at exactly 11:50 am, less than 10 minutes after he arrived his ward 3, polling unit 1, Ita Ishoyin, Unit 2 in Iperu, Ikenne Local Government Area of Ogun state.
Abiodun expressed satisfaction with the conduct of the polls as well as the peaceful manner the electorate conducted themselves.

He urged politicians to accept the outcome with an open mind and in the spirit of sportsmanship.
The governorship hopeful also counselled winners to be magnanimous in victory.
