International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) has congratulated Speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly and governor-elect, Francis Nwifuru, on his victory in the election, describing it as a reflection of the people’s will for good governance.
In a statement by the commission’s Ambassador at Large and Head of Diplomatic Mission to Nigeria, Dr. Duru Hezekiah, said the governor-elect has proved his worth, therefore, will capitalise on such for quality leadership.
