The All Progressives Congress (APC) Lagos West Senatorial District Candidate Dr Idiat Oluranti Adebule has felicitated Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu over his victory at the party’s presidential primary election.
Dr Adebule, who is the former deputy governor of Lagos state, described the victory as deserving.
According to her, Asiwaju Tinubu has toiled hard and sacrificed a lot to help build the APC and nurture it to a ruling party.
“We cannot forget in hurry Asiwaju’s relentless efforts in the formation of our great party and traversing the length and breadth of the country along other stakeholders to make Nigerians accept our party as an alternative to the then ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP),” she said.
The Lagos West District Senatorial candidate thanked the aspirants that stepped down for Asiwaju’s emergence, describing their actions as commendable.
She hailed the delegates for trusting Tinubu with their votes.
