Basking in the euphoria of a fully blossomed musical career as she tours the continent, Yemi Alade has praised the popular music genre from West Africa Afrobeats.
Alade on Friday expressed delight over the fact that the genre which enjoys widespread global mainstream acclaim, is being employed by the country’s musical ambassadors to create sounds that blesses everyone who hears it.

However, the “Johnny” crooner expressed sadness over the condition of the country as a whole.
The Afropop songstress noted she bewails the current state of the country because it’s in its worst condition ever amid the global success of Afrobeats.
“Afrobeats is breaking barriers and making waves globally as our Nigerian ambassadors continue to bless us with melodies but my heart is with Nigeria! SHE IS IN THE WORST CONDITION SHE HAS EVER BEEN,” Yemi Alade tweeted.
