The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Media Warriors Forum has described the November 18th governorship election as a battle between light and darkness.
Its Nnational coordinator, Evang Chinedu Obigwe, said Governor Willie Obiano stands for light and urged the people to vote for light.
He condemned Minister of Labour and Productivity Chris Ngige for referring to Obiano as “governor do nothing”.
“ Ngige is shameless and he thinks Nigerians are fools with short memory. Ngige is morally unjustified to criticise Governor Obiano having been disgraced and stoned by federal civil servants during workers day celebration at Eagles Square.
“Ngige was the first Minister of labour in Nigeria to be disgraced by Nigerian workers and that he had the effrontery to throw tantrums to the truly working Governor Obiano at APC campaign flagg off because he see’s Nigeria as an insane society. Obigwe also said that Ngige’ s assertion that APC will make APGA to cry is a confirmation that they have concluded plan to use Federal might to subvert the democratic will of Anambra electorates on November 18th.
“APC’s only hope of defeating APGA in Anambra State is by rigging the forthcoming election and he charged Anambra electorates to resist the rigging plot of APC for the protection of their future and that of their children. The people of the state will vote for Governor Obiano and watch their vote vigilantly to avoid rigging. The only way APC will rig the November 18th election and go scot free is by killing the whole people of the state and then govern an empty state. The November 18th election is a battle between light and darkness. APC governorship candidate, Tony Nwoye represent darkness while Governor Obiano represents light. Light will definitely dispel darkness from Anambra State on November 18th.
“Governor Obiano’s administration delivery of dividends of good governance has made the people to continue to support his transformation till 2022. Ngige must stop dreaming. APC’s chances of winning the November 18th election can be likened to a camel passing through the eye of a needle.”
