Members of the Authentic Nigeria Football and Allied Sports Supporters Club, ANFASSC were on ground to welcome Nigeria Under-19 Boys Volleyball team from their triumphant trip to Morocco.
The team returned to the country via the Murtala Muhammed International Airport after defending the title they won the last time out, this time at the expense of Egypt.
The Supporters club led by its President, Prince Abayomi Ogunjimi rolled out drums and dazzled with their iconic display in celebration of the team, the colourful and heroic welcome was to the delight of the Under 19 Boys, the technical crew and the entire team.

In his congratulatory message, Ogunjimi said: “It’s our duty to cheer you, we were quite confident that you would triumph, you didn’t disappoint and that’s why we are here.
“On behalf of everyone at ANFASSC, I say welcome back to Nigeria and thanks for doing us proud, we will always reckon with you, the whole of Africa has seen the stuff you are made of.”
Ogunjimi assured of more support in subsequent events including the FIVB World Championship which comes up in 2023
