Arewa Journalists Forum have endorsed Senator-elect, Dave Umahi for Senate President.
Speaking to Journalists at a news conference yesterday in Abuja, Secretary of the organisation, Abraham Sule said Umahi is a nationalist and bridge builder.
Umahi is a political tactician whose leadership acumen was brought to bear on the governance of Ebonyi State for almost a decade, Sule said.

His words: “Governor Dave Umahi is a nationalist, bridge builder across Nigeria, a political tactician whose leadership acumen was brought to bear on the governance of Ebonyi State almost a decade.
“We are using this privilege to appeal to our ranking senators and new senators to build the alliance to support the emergence of Senator-elect Dave Umahi for Senate President’’.
“He would reposition it to ensure that the Bills and motions have direct impact on Nigerians and guarantee their Wellbeing and Socio economic development across our great country by redefining democracy and good governance.”
