Justice O. A. Adetujoye of Fiat Court 5, Oyo State High Court, Ibadan, has granted the application for adjournment by the Oyo State government to December 16, 2024 in a case involving a former Chairman of the proscribed National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), in the state, Alhaji Mukaila Lamidi, also known as Auxiliary.
It was in response to an application by the Prosecutor (Director of Public Prosecution), S. O. Adeoye for a maximum of two weeks to present witnesses in court.

Auxiliary, a former Chairman, Disciplinary Committee of the Park Management System (PMS), is facing trial in a case with suit number HER/1C/2024 on offences allegedly committed on January 31st, 2023 at Isale-Oja via Igangan, in the Ayete Magisterial District.
The matter, which is: the State Versus Mukaila Lamidi (Auxiliary) bothers on a five count charge of conspiracy, murder and attempted murder.
