The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alh. Gboyega Oyetola as the winner of the Osun state governorship election.
Oyetola was declared governor-elect by the Chief Returning Officer, Prof. Adeola Fuwape.
Oyetola polled 255,505 votes to defeat the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Ademola Adeleke, who garnered 255,023
